Refund Policy on Coffee

Directo Caffè does not accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature. However, we would like you to be satisfied with your purchase and are willing to resolve problems as they arise. If you have any issues with your coffee, or if there are errors in your order, please contact us at customerservice@directocaffe.com within 2 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to ensure that you are satisfied.

Refund Policy on Non-Perishable Products

If a product does not meet your expectations, please feel free to return it. If the return is a result of a mistake on the part of www.directocaffe.com, a full refund will be available up to 5 days after the date you receive your order. You must request a Product Return Authorization number (PRA) by sending an e-mail during this 5-day period to qualify for a refund. If your return is in any way a mistake from www.directocaffe.com, please be sure to indicate the type of error when requesting the PRA number and a customer service specialist will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed.

You must send your return using a carrier possessing tracking (such as UPS, FedEx, TNT or DHL). You will be responsible for ensuring that all items arrive at our offices in their original condition. No refunds will be available after 5 days. Any unauthorized return will be refused.

Be sure to include the following with your returned merchandise: PRA number, name, address, email address, and a copy of the original invoice and any additional information related to the order you may have forgotten to include in your original PRA request.

Returns will not be available if the product is damaged or altered in any way before arriving at our offices, the product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered.

Once the goods have been received at our offices, your credit card will be credited for the applicable amount. If you want to order another product instead of the returned product must submit an entirely new order online.

Once the original product has been received, we will refund your credit card in the amount you paid, including shipping. Please allow two to three weeks for your credit card to be refunded.
